FAQ

All orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority depending on what option you choose at checkout.   I am happy to hold your package if you think you will be making further purchases, just leave me a note at checkout!  Otherwise your order will ship once a week on Fridays.  

Please make sure your address is correct in PayPal! We ship all orders to the address you choose on your PayPal account.   I am not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.

Returns: stones can be returned for store credit unless they arrive damaged.  My stones are made for bezel setting, and I'll announce in each listing if a stone is backed or not.  Since they are made for bezel setting, a bit of glue or a small air bubble in the backing is not considered a defect.  Please contact me with any concerns!!  Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the product has been damaged. 

International customers:  please be aware of the taxes, customs charges, VAT, etc required by your country.  I am not responsible for these charges.

Lost packages: I recommend that you purchase insurance for your packages.  I am not responsible for lost packages. Please contact me if you'd like to add insurance to your order! 

Privacy policy: I will only use your informations to communicate with you about your order, to fulfill your order, and for legal reasons (like paying taxes).
